Mandatory requirements

  • Current B737 300-900 EASA type rating

  • B737 300-900 TRE or SFE EASA privilege/certificate

  • Experience as TRE or SFE on B737 MAX series

  • Previous experience conducting Proficiency Checks and/or FSTD training sessions

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

  • Good CRM skills

  • Friendly and open attitude towards people
